I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What is wrong ?
You can expect up to 24 hours before receiving a confirmation via email. Sometimes confirmation emails can get misplaced by your email server and do not reach your inbox. Can I change my booking ?
You can always change your booking. Just make sure you do it in time, so pick up information can be changed. To change your booking, contact us via e-mail at info@tryiceland.com or by phone.

I don’t have a printer. Do I need to print out my email confirmation ?
